About Good Vibrations

Good Vibrations is a resource for activists, practitioners, researchers

and organizations advocating for gender equity.

It’s an online tool that makes the case for integrating sexual well-

being and pleasure into gender equity initiatives, and shows

you creative, delightful and evidence-based ways to do it.

It is rare that efforts to promote gender equity address sexual well-being and sexual pleasure. Instead, taboos and assumptions about who can and should experience these things (i.e. heterosexual men, married people) and who doesn’t (i.e. women, LGBTQI+ people, those living in poverty, older people) entrench gender stereotypes and inequality.

By incorporating sexual well-being and pleasure, we can harness a powerful and positive tool for building confidence, agency, self-efficacy and self-care into gender equity programming.

Good Vibrations is comprised
of 7 Domains of Delight:
